“Wedding planner Diane York is finding a niche with “elopements” for couples who want some sort of celebration without a big fuss. For a flat fee, she sees to a ceremony, flowers, a photographer and accommodations and even some guests, if requested. She said she can save couples money and stress.
‘They may end up with a wedding of 30 guests rather than 130,” she said.’”
